3/22 - SoundWaves Cafe Info

One of our goals as musicians is to feel the excitement and accomplishment of playing music with other people in front of an audience. The SoundWaves Cafe is an informal performance event held in the SMS cafeteria. It is like a coffee-house, but flavored with hot cocoa.

Students in SoundWaves, TheatreWorks, SMSingers, and students with artwork to display, feel welcome to take part; see Mr. Kabash for more info.

*If you don't already have a weekly lesson with Mr. Butts, Mr. O'brien, or myself, you must set up an informal audition appointment with Mr. Kabash so that we can be certain you are ready to shine, or we'll coach you on how to continuing preparing.

Hospitality signup. Please CLICK HERE if you are interested in contributing refreshments for the event or helping serve. You are able to sign up yourself as well as see what other people are planning to bring as anyone signs up.

Arrival Time for Performers

March 22nd SoundWaves Cafe, showtime 7:00pm. Arrive 20-30 minutes prior to show time to set up and tune up, especially if you have performing partners to meet with.

Signup sheets have been posted on the SMartS bulletin board in the many lobby for March 22nd.

We will try to keep semi-updated snapshots of signup sheet posted below to help parents stay informed.
