About Calendar:

• Master calendar for all events in the St Mary's Fine & Performing Arts Department.  

• Performances, rehearsals, and other dates of interest. SoundWaves, smSingers, TheatreWorks.  

• Will reflect any changes that may occur to schedule as year progresses.

How to Subscribe to Our Calendar:​​

• Using a computer (easiest way)

  1. Copy the following calendar URL to your "clipboard"

     • ​https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/09bd7obk5tm3rji5jvrf8kbbas%40group.calendar.google.com/public/basic.ics

  2. Open your calencar app​

  3. Goto FILE and New Calendar Subscription

  4. Paste URL and hit Save

• Using an iPhone

  1. Copy the following calendar URL to your "clipboard"

     • ​https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/09bd7obk5tm3rji5jvrf8kbbas%40group.calendar.google.com/public/basic.ics

  2. Goto "Settings" on your iPhone​

  3. Tap on "Mail, Contacts Calendars"

  4. Tap on "Add Account

  5. Tap on "Other"  (it's at the bottom of the list)

  6. Tap on "Add Subscribed Calendar"

  7. Tap in blank space so menu pops up and PASTE the URL you copied in step 2, hit save, and you should be good to go!

• Keywords

  • GOOD:   Sync, Subcribe, Add Calendar​

  • BAD:  Add Dates

    • ​I will update and change dates often through the year, so...

    • If your phone asks you to merely Add Dates, that is not what we want, and you will be left with old info when I update.
